Sachin about Baratha Rathna

Sachin Tendulkar speaks about the speculations of Bharat Ratna to be awarded to him. He said that he would like to be on the list of ‘Bharat Ratna’ awardees but currently he wants to concentrate on cricket.
Former cricketers Ajit Wadekar, Kapil Dev and Dilip Vengsarkar expressed their views that he should be awarded the highest civilian honour following his emphatic 200 runs knock against South Africa in the Gwalior ODI.
About his double century he said he would love to see an Indian breaking this record in future. He also said he is eagerly waiting for the 2011 World Cup which to be held in the Indian sub-continent.

"On a train from Shimla to Delhi, there was a halt in one of the stations. The train stopped by for few minutes as usual. Sachin was nearing century, batting on 98. The passengers, railway officials, everyone on the train waited for Sachin to complete the century. This Genius can stop time in India!!"
